    SVP Sales

    Job Summary

    For our growing commercial team, we’re looking for a Sales director, with vast experience and a proven record in the telco industry

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Manage and lead the sales team effectively while developing strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow our customer base.

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
    • Analyze customer segmentation and competitor activity, to determine target customer and sales planning per locations


    • Proven sales experience in the telco industry of French Speaking Africa for the past 5 years
    • At least 3 years of experience as a senior manager of global sales and marketing, working with military customers – Mandatory.
    • Good technical background
    • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including C-level
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services
    • Fluent English
