SVP Sales
Job Summary
For our growing commercial team, we’re looking for a Sales director, with vast experience and a proven record in the telco industry
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales team effectively while developing strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Analyze customer segmentation and competitor activity, to determine target customer and sales planning per locations
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the telco industry of French Speaking Africa for the past 5 years
- At least 3 years of experience as a senior manager of global sales and marketing, working with military customers – Mandatory.
- Good technical background
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services
- Fluent English
