Project Manager
Job Summary
As a project manager, you will Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. To Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Working with many internal and external interfaces
- Planning and preparing project schedules and budgets
- Monitoring and managing work plans and tasks
- Operation and supervision of KBM (Sub-Contractors)
- Involvement in procurement and logistics process
- Direct report to the Vice President of Operations
Required skills and qualifications
- Project management experience of at least two years
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to motivate peoples involved in the project
- Ability and experience in matrix management
- Solving bottlenecks
- Experience and skills in negotiating
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Willingness to travel abroad
- English at a high level
- Industrial engineering and management degree – an advantage
- MS Project knowledge – an advantage
