David Pollack led the institution of Spacecom as a sound satellite operator and well established international provider of satellite communication services. Pollack directed the successful raising of funds for the AMOS satellites program, including the company's IPO in the Tel-Aviv stock exchange.
Pollack joined Spacecom from Israel Aerospace Industries, where he held several key positions in the Space Systems Division, and was responsible for international cooperation ventures.
Prior to joining the industry, Pollack served in the Israel Air Force where he held field and staff assignments as a commanding officer. He retired from active military service with the rank of Colonel.
David earned a bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering (cum laude) from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, and a M.B.A. from the Stern Graduate School of Business of New York University.

Joining Spacecom in 1996, Itzhak Shnaiberg was its 3rd employee and led all financial aspects of establishing Spacecom as an international satellite service provider from its inception. Since joining the company Mr. Shnaiberg served as Spacecom's CFO, and in 2008 he was appointed to serve as Spacecom Deputy CEO. Before joining Spacecom Itzhak was employed by IAI (Israeli Aerospace industries) in various positions, where in his last role he was part of the AMOS-1 program (Spacecom’s first satellite). Itzhak Shnaiberg holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from the Bar-Ilan University.

Joining Spacecom in 2008, Avi Levy leads all financial and reporting activities. Throughout his 14 year career, Mr. Levy has held multiple positions in financial and reporting departments of public and private companies. Prior to joining Spacecom Mr. Levy served as CFO of the Radware Ltd (Symbol RDWR) subsidiary in the Americas. Prior to Radware Mr. Levy worked in various companies as an Analyst, Controller and a CFO. Avi holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, M.B.A. from Baruch College, N.Y. and is an American CPA.

Joining Spacecom in 2009, Eyal Copitt leads the Africa sales. Mr. Copitt brings with him over 20 years of worldwide consulting and sales experience, from which 15 in the African IT and Communications Markets working with governments, private and national owned Telco's, the finance industry and education networks. Prior to joining Spacecom Mr. Copitt served as VP Sales Africa at Gilat Satcom and as the Africa District Manager at NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) where he was in charge for developing new markets in the African Markets.

Jacob Keret brings to his position more than 20 years of global business and management experience in the aerospace and telecommunications arena. Jacob served for six years as vice president of marketing and sales at Starling Advanced Communications, an innovator in satellite communication systems. Prior to that, Jacob co-founded Spacecom Satellite Communication Services, a service provider for AMOS satellites. In his role as vice president of marketing and sales at Spacecom, he led a team that generated several dozen million U.S. dollars in sales within a few years and helped build the company into a leader in several European markets. During his nine years of service at Spacecom, Jacob was personally responsible for the successful AMOS 1, 2 & 3 satellite project businesses. Previously, he held the position of marketing manager in the MBT Division, Space Directorate of Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI). Earlier, as a space systems engineer in the same division, he was responsible for satellite trajectory planning and performance analysis. Jacob holds a B.Sc. in aeronautics and space engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Prior to join Spacecom Haim was a business entrepreneur and consultant in various Communications & IT areas. Haim entered the Telecom industry over 10 years ago after working as a lawyer in one of the biggest law firms in Israel. Haim served as a Vice President in Comverse (CMVT) heading all the company's activities in the African continent as the MD of the regional office, responsible for the overall commercial and operational activities in Africa among the Telcos, global operators, private and governmental.

Gil Lotan leads Spacecom's legal and regulatory matters. His activities include negotiation and structuring of transactions, such as purchase of satellites and significant satellite service agreements, regulation and compliance with securities and other laws. Mr. Lotan joined Spacecom in 2002 from I. Gornitzky & Co., one of Israel's leading law firms, where he was a senior attorney. Mr. Lotan possesses extensive experience in commercial law and transactions (national and international), as well as litigation. Mr. Lotan represented in private practice the establishment of YES, Israel's DTH platform, making him highly acquainted with the satellite operator’s customers needs. Mr. Lotan has co-authored the book Class Actions, and was awarded for academic excellence for an academic paper in this field. Mr. Lotan holds an LLB from the Law Faculty of the University of Tel Aviv, an MBA, with honors, from the School of Business of the College of Management and an Executive Master of Science in Finance from Baruch College of the City University of New York.

Since joining Spacecom in 2004, Omri leads all business development activities, as well as regulatory affairs. With over 20 years of senior and executive level experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Industry, working in the areas of business development, financial and operational management, Omri has broad experience and expertise in satellite communications, international and local voice, data and internet services, cable TV, directories and mobile services. Prior to joining Spacecom, Omri worked in Aurec, a Southwestern Bell Corp. subsidiary, held various management positions in international telecommunications companies, managed a startup company and was partner in a consultancy working with companies such as Bezeq, the Israeli PTT, Barak International Telecommunications, British Telecom, Proctor and Gamble and Mannesmann Eurokom. Omri holds a BA degree with highest honors in Economics and International Relations and an MBA degree from the Tel-Aviv University.

Joining Spacecom in 2004, Avi Morgenstern serves as Spacecom's VP of Operations and CTO, responsible for the AMOS satellites operations, AMOS customer service and professional services, information & IT systems, infrastrcture & administration. Throughout his 35 year career, Mr. Morgenstern has held multiple management positions within the Broadcasting and Telecommunications Industries, including pioneering public Cable TV systems in Israel for Tadiran Telecommunications. Avi Morgenstern has served as an R&D team leader in the IDF and has been awarded the national Israel Defense Award in 1987. Prior to joining Spacecom, Mr. Morgenstern has been leading for 10 years, as President and CEO, TMCS Communications Ltd, dealing in Digital TV, Cable Telephony, CATV systems and CPE .
Avi Morgenstern holds a B.Sc. in Electronics and System Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Joining Spacecom in 2007, Eldad Shemesh leads Spacecom's engineering activities including satellite design, satellite program monitoring and frequency coordination. Throughout his 20 year career, Mr. Shemesh has held multiple positions within the satellite and defense sectors. Prior to joining Spacecom Mr. Shemesh served in the Israeli air force. Eldad holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Having joined Spacecom in 2011, David Gazelle serves as Spacecom's chief technology officer (CTO), responsible for all regulatory activities, identifying market trends and leading the company’s technical-oriented business development activities.
Mr. Gazelle brings with him more than 20 years of engineering background with experience in managing the specification, design, development and delivery of advanced technologies to meet business, financial, competitive and customer demands. Prior to joining Spacecom, Mr. Gazelle co-founded Camero (a pioneer in RF- based imaging technology and devices), where he served as the vice president of research and development. Prior to Camero, Mr. Gazelle held multiple positions in the telecommunications industry, among them deputy general manager and chief engineer of A.T. Communications Channels, where he gained experience with the GEO satellites industry and contributed significantly to the industry’s emergence in Israel.
Mr. Gazelle holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University and holds numerous patents in the fields of telecommunications and RADAR.
Since Joining Spacecom in 2001, Ms. Listenberg served as the company’s controller, involved in all reporting as well as financial activities in the company. Throughout her 20 year career, Ms. Listenberg has held multiple positions in the financial and reporting departments of both public and private companies. Prior to joining Spacecom Rachel served as director of finance in a holding company, which included a portfolio of both privately held and publicly traded companies, leading all financial aspects and activities in this group. Rachel is a licensed CPA in Israel.
