David Pollack led the institution of Spacecom as a sound satellite operator and well established international provider of satellite communication services. Pollack directed the successful raising of funds for the AMOS satellites program, including the company's IPO in the Tel-Aviv stock exchange.
Pollack joined Spacecom from Israel Aerospace Industries, where he held several key positions in the Space Systems Division, and was responsible for international cooperation ventures.
Prior to joining the industry, Pollack served in the Israel Air Force where he held field and staff assignments as a commanding officer. He retired from active military service with the rank of Colonel.
David earned a bachelor’s degree in Electric Engineering (cum laude) from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, and a M.B.A. from the Stern Graduate School of Business of New York University.

Joining Spacecom in 1996, Itzhak Shnaiberg was its 3rd employee and led all financial aspects of establishing Spacecom as an international satellite service provider from its inception. Since joining the company Mr. Shnaiberg served as Spacecom's CFO, and in 2008 he was appointed to serve as Spacecom Deputy CEO. Before joining Spacecom Itzhak was employed by IAI (Israeli Aerospace industries) in various positions, where in his last role he was part of the AMOS-1 program (Spacecom’s first satellite). Itzhak Shnaiberg holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from the Bar-Ilan University.

Joining Spacecom in 2008, Avi Levy leads all financial and reporting activities. Throughout his 14 year career, Mr. Levy has held multiple positions in financial and reporting departments of public and private companies. Prior to joining Spacecom Mr. Levy served as CFO of the Radware Ltd (Symbol RDWR) subsidiary in the Americas. Prior to Radware Mr. Levy worked in various companies as an Analyst, Controller and a CFO. Avi holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, M.B.A. from Baruch College, N.Y. and is an American CPA.

Ori Onn leads Spacecom Operations and Customer Support Department and is also personally managing key accounts and territories. Throughout his 25 year career, Mr. Ori Onn has held senior positions within the communications and satellite sectors. Prior to joining Spacecom in 2004, Mr. Onn was Managing Director at Comverse Technologies where he established and managed its European subsidiaries. Ori holds an honorary M.Sc. in Mathematics & Computer Science.

Gil Lotan leads Spacecom's legal and regulatory matters. His activities include negotiation and structuring of transactions, such as purchase of satellites and significant satellite service agreements, regulation and compliance with securities and other laws. Mr. Lotan joined Spacecom in 2002 from I. Gornitzky & Co., one of Israel's leading law firms, where he was a senior attorney. Mr. Lotan possesses extensive experience in commercial law and transactions (national and international), as well as litigation. Mr. Lotan represented in private practice the establishment of YES, Israel's DTH platform, making him highly acquainted with the satellite operator’s customers needs. Mr. Lotan has co-authored the book Class Actions, and was awarded for academic excellence for an academic paper in this field. Mr. Lotan holds an LLB from the Law Faculty of the University of Tel Aviv, an MBA, with honors, from the School of Business of the College of Management and an Executive Master of Science in Finance from Baruch College of the City University of New York.

Since joining Spacecom in 2004, Omri leads all business development activities, as well as regulatory affairs. With over 20 years of senior and executive level experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Industry, working in the areas of business development, financial and operational management, Omri has broad experience and expertise in satellite communications, international and local voice, data and internet services, cable TV, directories and mobile services. Prior to joining Spacecom, Omri worked in Aurec, a Southwestern Bell Corp. subsidiary, held various management positions in international telecommunications companies, managed a startup company and was partner in a consultancy working with companies such as Bezeq, the Israeli PTT, Barak International Telecommunications, British Telecom, Proctor and Gamble and Mannesmann Eurokom. Omri holds a BA degree with highest honors in Economics and International Relations and an MBA degree from the Tel-Aviv University.

Joining Spacecom in 2004, Avi Morgenstern serves as Spacecom's CTO and CIO, including managing the company’s ground-segment activities and projects with its customers. Throughout his 35 year career, Mr. Morgenstern has held multiple positions within the Cable, Broadcasting and Telecommunications Industries, including Tadiran and ECI Telecom. Prior to joining Spacecom Mr. Morgenstern served for 10 years as President and CEO of TMCS Communications, dealing in Digital TV, CPE and CATV systems . Avi Morgenstern holds a B.Sc. in Electronics and System Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Joining Spacecom in 2007, Eldad Shemesh leads Spacecom's engineering activities including satellite design, satellite program monitoring and frequency coordination. Throughout his 20 year career, Mr. Shemesh has held multiple positions within the satellite and defense sectors. Prior to joining Spacecom Mr. Shemesh served in the Israeli air force. Eldad holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Since Joining Spacecom in 2001, Ms. Listenberg served as the company’s controller, involved in all reporting as well as financial activities in the company. Throughout her 20 year career, Ms. Listenberg has held multiple positions in the financial and reporting departments of both public and private companies. Prior to joining Spacecom Rachel served as director of finance in a holding company, which included a portfolio of both privately held and publicly traded companies, leading all financial aspects and activities in this group. Rachel is a licensed CPA in Israel.

Joining Spacecom in 2005, Motty Slomovitz leads Spacecom’s sales activities in North America and the Middle East, as well as Spacecom's worldwide Marketing activities. Throughout his 20 year career, Mr. Slomovitz has held multiple positions within the satellite and defense sectors. Prior to joining Spacecom Mr. Slomovitz served in Gilat Satellite Networks in various Marketing, Sales and Program management positions. Motty holds a B.Sc. in Aeronautical and Space Engineering, Cum laude, from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University.

Since joining Spacecom in 2003, Mr. Amir led the company’s sales activities in CIS countries, Russia, the Baltic countries, Croatia and Slovenia. Mr. Amir has more than 16 years of experience and business activities in eastern Europe. Prior to joining Spacecom, Mr. Amir served from 1999 -2002 as the CEO of Netafim Russia, and between 1995- 1999 he served as the COO of the Double Contact Group in Moscow. Jehuda holds a B.A. in International relationship and Russian Studies.

Joining Spacecom in 2005, Amit Karni leads Spacecom's CEE sales activities. Throughout his 20 year career, Mr. Karni has held multiple positions within the broadcast and telecommunication sectors. Prior to joining Spacecom Mr. Karni served as Director for Sales in the Asia Pacific region at Scopus Video Networks where he was instrumental in the company’s penetration into Japan and India, developing and generating new strategic accounts, as well as creating new business opportunities in South East Asia. Prior to this position, Mr. Karni served as Director for DV department in Yeda Computer & Software (Apple Israel) where he was instrumental in building the company's digital video offering to the broadcast industry. Amit holds a B.A. in Business Management from the College of Management Academic Studies in Tel-Aviv.

Prior to joining Spacecom, Mr. Carmeli served as AVP Sales at Outsmart Telecom (privately held), Global Strategic Sales at Adamind (LSE: ADA), Key Account Director Vodafone, Sales Director Africa at Comverse (NASDAQ: CMVT), and Regional Manager at Tefen USA (TASE: TEFN). Mr. Carmeli holds B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Israeli Institute of Technology (Technion) and MBA (International Sales & Marketing) from the European University, France.
